Hello Base Fitter.
Thank you for purchasing my Challenge 400 program.

I created a similar challenge in the 2020 lockdown with massive results! This is what happened:
• Reduced body fat,
• Lean muscle definition,
• Increased energy and
• Huge confidence boost.

All you have to do is combine my 17 favourite exercises with your regular training. Its simply an add-on for accelerated results.

HOW IT WORKS:

I have filmed 17 super effective functional body weight exercises.
You will do 1 exercise every day and repeat it 25 times.

These exercises will progressively increase in difficulty daily, therefore it is important that you perform them in the order in which I have laid them out.
They will include various fitness techniques including isometic, isotonic, explosive and stability movements.

FITNESS TIP:
Do these exercises in the morning for the following reasons:
1) Get it done and out of the way so you don’t miss doing it later for whatever reason.
2) Start the day off more awake and energetic as well as burning calories :).
3) Cortisol (stress hormone) levels are lowest in the morning.

This means the mornings give you more energy, clarity bloodstream, enhance, increased ability to recover and more testosterone production.

NOTE:
I want you to really focus on the Mind-Body connection. Work through the exercises with fulll range of motion very slowly. NO RUSHING! Concentrate on the working muscle/s and really feel them activate.

Please warm up your joints etc before doing the exercise – don’t want any injuries or strains.
