If you have an intermediate level of fitness this program will prepare you for your sport on an expert level.
This 8-Week Program is created for people with a base level of fitness, who want to accelerate their strength and endurance gains using a comprehensive and progressive proven structure.
Includes 3 weekly focused workouts which get progressively more challenging over 4 intensity levels.
Also includes a 4th bonus session per week as an option if you are unable to do your sport or additional cardio.
